[Up]Introduction
Here you will find sample files to illustrate card trick notation as implemented in the Symbolic Method app. These documents are meant to provide guidance and ideas, so consider them master solutions to increase your own symbolic skillset. All tricks represent top material that you may find relevant and valuable on its own -- big thanks to the authors and publishers for approving the publication and making this possible! These crypts are no ends in themselves. It's not about the symbols, it's about helping students remember and recap trick details quickly, and thus contributing to the overall flow.
The bold font header lines for each sample are linked to the gic file for the Symbolic Method app. Downloaded and placed into the app's documents folder they will be available on the app.
Routines

A few routines are presented.
Admittedly the documents may look intimidating and difficult at first glance. But the chosen card routines were selected precisely because they are difficult to study and remember per se. Once familiar with notation, their details, their structure, the position checks and waypoints, the patter lines and dramaturgical elements are easily identified -- compare with the intensive and packed pages in the original publications!
